Pulled pork is one of my favorite smoked meats. It's great on so many things and can be used interchangeably in any recipe that calls for ground beef. I love getting creative with pulled pork leftovers, and this homemade crunchwrap supreme recipe takes full advantage of tasty leftover pulled pork.

If you're not familiar; the Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supreme is one of their staple menu items. The Taco Bell version is loaded with ground beef (is it beef though), nacho cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and a crunchy tostada shell. All wrapped in a tortilla. They're delicious.

In my 20s I probably had one too many crunchwrap supremes, and I'm paying for it now. These days, I try to eat as healthy as I can, but every now and then I indulge in some naughty food goodness. This recipe is a prime example of that.

Straightforward, right?!

It's easy to overstuff pulled pork crunchwrap supremes. Go easy on the toppings! If you can't find large tortillas, and you find that the tortillas you're using won't close completely, that's ok! Cut circles out from the flour tortilla the same size as the tostada and use that to help seal up the underside.
