Hello. I'm Chris.
I've been smoking foods for over 25 years. Like most people, it took me a while to get comfortable cooking on my smoker. As my comfort level grew, I started inviting friends over to share the food with. Sometimes the meals were delicious, and sometimes they were not so delicious.
Eventually, I made enough mistakes to have confidence in my smoked meals and after a few months of having friends and family over for dinner EVERY Sunday, we started calling the barbecue get-togethers "Smoked Meat Sunday".
Not long after the naming, we made a joke one evening about starting an Instagram and posting pictures. After a few months of sporadic posting, we started posting more regularly. Soon we started to realize that sharing our food creations with others is something we really enjoy.

Once Instagram started gaining followers we started smokedmeatsunday.com. We use the website as a platform to share more details about the delicious barbecue we create for our friends and family on a weekly basis.
The goal of Smoked Meat Sunday is to provide you with easy to follow barbecue recipes and tips you can use for your pellet smoker. Our goal is to make sure that you have a great experience every time you turn on your grill.
In addition to barbecue recipes and tips, we will share advice on different products and services we have purchased that we believe would benefit you.
We are creating content on Smoked Meat Sunday for you, and if you ever see something you like on SmokedMeatSunday.com, let us know! If you see something you don't like, let us know!!
