There are a lot of different things you can cook as a side dish to pair with your smoked meats, but this recipe is one of my favorite. Smoked Vegetables are simple to make and only take a short time to cook.

Continue to cook the vegetables for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the broccoli tips start to lightly brown and you reach your desired tenderness.
Notes
The vegetables I used in this recipe can be adjusted to your taste. Consider this a baseline for what's possible, and expand on it!Vegetables cooked this way tend to be a little crisper than some people like. You can cook the vegetables in a foil pack with butter instead if you like your veggies to be a little less firm.
