Smoked Vegetables
There are a lot of different things you can cook as a side dish to pair with your smoked meats, but this recipe is one of my favorite. Smoked Vegetables are simple to make and only take a short time to cook.

carrots

broccoli

snow peas

olive oil

pepper
Instructions
cut your carrots and broccoli into bite-sized pieces and combine with the snow peas
toss veggies with the olive oil, salt, and pepper
Cover a sheet pan with foil, and spread the veggies over it
place in your smoker at a temperature of 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes, or until the broccoli tips start to lightly brown.
