Ingredients

zucchini

olive oil

cup
onion
sliced

tsp
salt

tsp
pepper

tsp
garlic powder

tsp
smoked spanish paprika

Instructions
Preheat the smoker to 200 degrees.
Using a sharp knife, cut the zucchini into slices.
Place the zucchini in a large mixing bowl. Add in the sliced onion, olive oil, garlic, and seasonings.
Stir until all the zucchini is coated.
Pour into a cast-iron skillet.
Place the pan into the smoker and let smoke for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until desired tenderness.
Pull off of the smoker and enjoy as desired.
