Add a splash of milk and mix some more, and then another splash. Add just enough that all of the flour in the bowl has been picked up, but not so much that the dough is wet.

start dropping small clumps of the biscuit dough on top of the huckleberry filling
Sprinkle two tablespoons of sugar over top
Get your smoker cranking to 375 degrees and cook the cobbler for approximately 40 minutes. The biscuits should start to turn golden brown, and the filling will be nice and bubbly!
Let it rest for about 15 minutes. This allows the cobbler to cool down, and the huckleberry filling should thicken a little too.
After it's rested, spoon some cobbler in a bowl, add one or two scoops of ice cream, and dig in!
